The host will pour you a serving of it in that clay looking bowl device called a bombilla. They expect you to drink it quickly until you are finished. You then pass it to the host who fills it with more hot water and passes it to someone else. It's kind of like passing a bowl around, but you just get a caffeine-like buzz.</p><p>It's a lot like loose leaf tea.
